What is your return policy?

Broken  or defective merchandise can be returned. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns cannot be made after 30 days.

Can I change my order?

We begin working on your order as soon as we get it, thus we are unable to make changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to serveral countries!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments and PayPal payments.

Why is my item on backorder?

Occasionally, an item for sale has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. The backorder option is available for some items. Note, an item will not be shipped to you until it is in stock.
